RES Postgrad Forum 2011

Hi Guys

This years Royal Entomological Society Postgrad Forum will be held between the 2-3rd February 2011 at the Royal Hotel in Hull.

Confirmed speakers so far> Dr Helen Roy, Dr Richard Gill and Dr Lori Lawson Handley. The PG forum is an excellent opportunity for postgrads to present their work, get feedback and meet others working on insect related projects. Last years meeting was in Sheffield and a great success and this years promises to be just as good.

House Mate Wanted

Hi GuysSophie, Natalie and I are all moving into a lovely house in Crookes in July and are looking for a housemate. The rent is £55 and the house has just been completely refurbished so its top quality. RES Postgrad Forum

Hi,

Just a reminder that this years Royal Entomological Society Postgrad Forum will be held at Sheffield on 3-4th February 2010.

The Royal Entomological Society Postgraduate Fora provide an opportunity for the discussion of current postgraduate entomological research. The Forum offers a friendly arena for students to present their work to their peers, either as a poster or a short talk, and receive some helpful feedback. Offers to present are invited from postgraduates within all research areas. Masters, PhD and undergraduate students are all welcome to present, bring your supervisors with you too.

Registration is now open, registration forms and further information can be found online at the RES student pages:

Deadline for receipt of offers and registration is: MONDAY 4th JANUARY 2010

This year’s theme will be focused around careers outside academia and will feature invited speakers including:
