rna_removal_by_double-rnase_digestion_issue_12.pdf…just a neat protocol on how to fully *remove* RNA from your DNA samples- double digestion with RNase A and T1 (some downstream techniques are requiring complete removal of RNA/’chopped-up’ RNA). Remember that if you do a ‘normal’ RNA digestion you might not always get rid of the RNA! (RNA, ‘chopped-up’ RNA and DNA has an absorbance of 260nm when you use the Nanodrop).

cheers
